Where can I locate ZiNC?

-       ZiNC has 7 outlets across Singapore. Please click on “Locate US” to locate our island-wide stores 

 

What is your exchange/refund policy?

-      ZiNC items are exchangeable within 3 days from date of purchase. Receipts must be provided at the point of exchange and item must be in its original condition. ZiNC do not do refunds.


Am I allowed to do an exchange at a different outlet from where I made my purchase?

-       Yes, you may do so as long as you have retained the original receipt and the item is in original condition.


Am I allowed to make an exchange if I have misplaced my receipt?

-       Unfortunately not as original receipt is required to process the exchange


Do you provide repair services for bags purchase?

-       Yes, we provide repair services for bags purchased to the best of our capabilities. It will take 3-5 working days depending on condition of bags.

 

What should I do if I discover a manufacturing defect/damage with my purchased items?

-       Let our retail staff know and we will determine the relevant follow up procedure on a case by case basis.


How do I contact ZiNC if I have any feedback?

-       Please go to “Contact Us” and drop us an email. We will respond within the next 24 hours once email is received.
